✧ I prayed behind the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. When he said the takbir, he raised his hands below his ears. When he recited, ‘not of those who have earned anger, nor of those who go astray’ [al-Fatihah: 7], he said: ‘Amin,’ and I heard him while I was behind him. He said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ heard a man saying: “Praise be to Allah, abundant, good, blessed praise.” When the Prophet ﷺ finished his prayer, he said: “Who is the one who said those words during the prayer?” The man said: “I did, O Messenger of Allah, and I did not intend anything bad by them.” The Prophet ﷺ said: “Twelve angels rushed to it, and nothing stopped it short of the Throne.”
