أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ آدَمَ عَنْ عَبْدَةَ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنْ أَبِي وَجْزَةَ السَّعْدِيِّ عَنْ رَجُلٍ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ قَالَ

دَخَلْتُ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ يَوْمًا وَهُوَ يَأْكُلُ قَالَ «اقْعُدْ كُلْ يَا بُنَيَّ وَسَمِّ اللهَ وَكُلْ بِيَمِينِكَ وَكُلْ مِمَّا يَلِيكَ»

Translation

✧ I entered upon the Prophet ﷺ one day while he was eating. He said, "Sit down, eat, my dear son, pronounce the name of Allah, eat with your right hand, and eat from what is in front of you."
