أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنْ أَبِي وَجْزَةَ رَجُلٌ مِنْ بَنِي سَعْدٍ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ مُزَيْنَةَ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ قَالَ

قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «يَا بُنَيَّ إِذَا أَكَلْتَ فَسَمِّ اللهَ وَكُلْ بِيَمِينِكَ وَكُلْ مِمَّا يَلِيكَ»

Translation

✧ The Prophet ﷺ said, "My dear son, when you eat, pronounce the name of Allah, eat with your right hand, and eat from what is in front of you."
