✧ What the son of his building says, and what is said to him

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى عَنْ خَالِدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدٌ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ

«أَوَلَمَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذْ بَنَى بِزَيْنَبَ فَأَشْبَعَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ خُبْزًا وَلَحْمًا ثُمَّ خَرَجَ إِلَى أُمَّهَاتِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ فَسَلَّمَ عَلَيْهِنَّ وَسَلَّمْنَ عَلَيْهِ وَدَعَوْنَ لَهُ فَكَانَ يَفْعَلُ ذَلِكَ صَبِيحَةَ بِنَائِهِ»

✧ "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ held a wedding feast when he consummated his marriage with Zaynab, and he satisfied the Muslims with bread and meat. Then he went out to the Mothers of the Believers, greeted them, and they greeted him and supplicated for him. He used to do that on the morning of his consummation."
