The Virtue Of Spending On The Poor And Wayfarers

وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدَةَ الضَّبِّيُّ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ حَدَّثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ كَيْسَانَ بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ

وَأَجْعَلُ ثُلُثَهُ فِي الْمَسَاكِينِ وَالسَّائِلِينَ وَابْنِ السَّبِيلِ

Translation

    machine translationAḥmad b. ʿAbdah al-Ḍabbī narrated it to us: Abū Dāwūd informed us: ʿAbd al-ʿAzīz b. Abī Salamah narrated to us: Wahb b. Kaysān narrated to us, with this chain of transmission, except that he said: "and I will place a third of it for the poor, the beggars, and the wayfarer."
