The prohibition of divorcing a menstruating woman without her consent; If a man breaks this rule, it still counts as a divorce, and he should be ordered to take her back

وَحَدَّثَنِيهِ يَحْيَى بْنُ حَبِيبٍ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ ح وَحَدَّثَنِيهِ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ بِشْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ غَيْرَ
أَنَّ فِي حَدِيثِهِمَا لِيَرْجِعْهَا وَفِي حَدِيثِهِمَا قَالَ قُلْتُ لَهُ أَتَحْتَسِبُ بِهَا قَالَ فَمَهْ
