✧ When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent him to Yemen, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ went out with him to advise him, while Muadh was riding and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was walking beneath his mount. When he finished, he said: O Muadh, perhaps you will not meet me after this year of mine, and perhaps you will pass by this mosque of mine and my grave. Muadh wept out of longing for parting from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. Then he turned and faced toward Madinah and said: The people most entitled to me are the God-fearing, whoever they are and wherever they are.
