أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو بُرْدَةَ بْنُ أَبِي مُوسَى عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ
«تُسْتَأْمَرُ الْيَتِيمَةُ فِي نَفْسِهَا فَإِنْ سَكَتَتْ فَقَدْ أَذِنَتْ وَإِنْ أَبَتْ لَمْ تُكْرَهْ»
