machine translationWe do not know of any hadith in this chapter other than this one, and it is a very strange (gharīb) hadith that is not narrated except through this chain. Muʿāwiyah b. Ṣāliḥ al-Makkī is lenient and weak (layyin, ḍaʿīf), and Muḥammad b. ʿAbd al-Raḥmān is unknown (majhūl) and not identified, so the hadith is interrupted (munqaṭiʿ).
in المطالب العالية, p. 53 - Ibn Daqīq al-ʿĪd
machine translationThis hadith has the ruling of an interrupted (munqaṭiʿ) one, because of the unknown identity of the man from Banū Mudlij.
machine translationIt is a hadith that is not established.
in المطالب العالية, p. 53
