وَقَالَ الْحَارِثُ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمُنْعِمِ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ بْنِ سِنَانٍ، عَنِ الْكَوْثَرِ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ فَذَكَرَهُ بِلَفْظِ:

قَالَ لِابْنِ أُمِّ عَبْدٍ: هَلْ تَعْلَمُ.... إِلَى آخِرِهِ، وَزَادَ: وَلَا يُقْسَمُ فَيْئُهُمْ، هَذَا حُكْمُ اللهِ فِيمَنْ بَغَى مِنْ هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةِ وَهُمْ عِنْدَنَا الْخَوَارِجُ

Translation

✧ He said to Ibn Umm Abd: "Do you know..." to the end, and he added: "and their spoils are not distributed. This is Allah's judgment for those who rebel among this ummah, and they, in our view, are the Khawarij."
