✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ went out on the day of Uhud until when he passed Thaniyyat al-Wada', he looked behind him and saw a rough battalion. He ﷺ said: “Who is this?” It was said: “This is 'Abd Allah b. Ubayy b. Salul with his allies from the Jews of Banu Qaynuqa', and they are the clan of 'Abd Allah b. Salam.” He said: “Have they become Muslims?” He said: “They are upon their own religion.” He said: “Tell them to go back, for we do not seek the help of polytheists against polytheists.”
