قَالَ ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ: حَدَّثَنَا مَرْوَانُ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ - ؓ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ

فِي قَوْلِ اللهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ: لابِثِينَ فِيهَا أَحْقَابًا قَالَ: الْحُقْبُ أَلْفُ شَهْرٍ، وَالشَّهْرُ ثَلَاثُونَ يَوْمًا، وَالسَّنَةُ ثَلَاثُمِائَةٍ وَسِتُّونَ يَوْمًا، وَالْيَوْمُ أَلْفُ سَنَةٍ مِمَّا تَعُدُّونَ، وَالْحِقَبُ ثَلَاثُونَ أَلْفَ أَلْفِ سَنَةٍ

Translation

✧ Regarding the saying of Allah, Mighty and Majestic: "They will abide therein for ages," he said: "A 'huqb' is a thousand months, a month is thirty days, a year is three hundred and sixty days, a day is a thousand years of what you count, and 'hiqab' is thirty thousand thousand years."
