أَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ مُوسَى، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ التَّيْمِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

فِي قَوْلِهِ: وَلا يَخْرُجْنَ إِلا أَنْ يَأْتِينَ بِفَاحِشَةٍ مُبَيِّنَةٍ - قَالَ: الْفَاحِشَةُ الْمُبَيِّنَةُ: أَنْ تُسَفِّهَ عَلَى أَهْلِهَا، فَإِذَا فَعَلَتْ ذَلِكَ حَلَّ لَهُمْ إِخْرَاجُهَا

Translation

✧ Regarding His saying: 'And they should not go out unless they commit a clear indecency' - he said: 'The clear indecency is that she behaves foolishly toward her family. If she does that, it is lawful for them to expel her.'
