وَقَالَ أَبُو يَعْلَى: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ، ثَنَا أَبُو خَالِدٍ الْأَحْمَرُ، عَنْ جُوَيْبِرٍ، عَنِ الضَّحَّاكِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ:

إِذْ يَغْشَى السِّدْرَةَ مَا يَغْشَى قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: رَأَيْتُهَا حَتَّى اسْتَثْبَتُّهَا، ثُمَّ حَالَ دُونَهَا فَرَاشُ الذَّهَبِ

Translation

✧ When there covered the lote tree that which covered [it]—the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: I saw it until I made certain of it, then a swarm of golden moths intervened between me and it.
