✧ That toward which one may pray and that toward which one may not

- [وَقَالَ] مُسَدَّدٌ: حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ [سَعْدِ] بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ:

( كُنْتُ أُصَلِّي، فَمَرَّ رَجُلٌ بَيْنَ يَدَيَّ فَمَنَعْتُهُ، فَسَأَلْتُ عُثْمَانَ بْنَ عَفَّانَ ؓ، فَقَالَ: يَا ابْنَ أَخِي، لَا يَضُرُّكَ

Translation

✧ (I was praying when a man passed in front of me, so I prevented him. Then I asked 'Uthman b. 'Affan ؓ, and he said: "O son of my brother, it does not harm you."
