✧ Ka'b ؓ narrated to us that he said, concerning what is found written in the Torah: 'Indeed, Satan cannot bear a servant who, from evening until morning, says: O Allah, I seek refuge in Your name and Your perfect words from evil in the specific and the general, and I ask You by Your name and Your perfect words for the best of what is asked and the best of what You give, and the best of what You conceal and the best of what You reveal. O Allah, I ask You by Your name and Your perfect words from the evil of what the day clears away, if it is day, and if it is night, he says: from the evil of what the night covers.'
