✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent us in the expedition of Nakhlah, and with us was 'Amr ibn Suraqah. He was a man with a delicate stomach, tall. He became hungry and his back bent, so he could not walk. He fell upon us, so we took a slab of stones and tied it to his stomach, then fastened it to his back, and he walked with us. We came to a tribe of Arabs and they hosted us, and he walked with us. Then he said: I used to think that the two legs carry the stomach, but now I see that the stomach carries the two legs.
