Translation

✧ Mu'awiyah said to Ibn 'Abbas ؓ: 'Are you upon the religion of Ibn Abi Talib?' He said: 'No, nor the religion of Ibn 'Affan.' Mu'awiyah said: 'Then upon which religion are you?' He said: 'Upon the religion of Muhammad ﷺ.'
