✧ Rebuke against violating the honor of a Muslim

وَقَالَ الْحَارِثُ: حَدَّثَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ الْمُحَبَّرِ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبَانَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ؓ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

« مَنِ اغْتِيبَ عِنْدَهُ أَخُوهُ الْمُسْلِمُ، فَنَصَرَهُ، نَصَرَهُ اللهُ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ، وَمَنْ تَرَكَ نُصْرَتَهُ وَهُوَ يَقْدِرُ عَلَيْهَا، خَذَلَهُ اللهُ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ

Translation

✧ "Whoever is present when his Muslim brother is backbitten and supports him, Allah will support him in this world and the Hereafter. But whoever abandons supporting him while able to do so, Allah will forsake him in this world and the Hereafter."
