وَقَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ: حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ جُدْعَانَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ، عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ سَرِيعٍ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ:
يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، إِنِّي مَدَحْتُ اللهَ مِدْحَةً، وَمَدَحْتُكَ أُخْرَى، قَالَ ﷺ: « هَاتِ، وَابْدَأْ بِمِدْحَةِ اللهِ تَعَالَى
