✧ Hind bt. Utbah b. Rabi'ah ؓ came to the Messenger of God ﷺ to pledge allegiance to him. He said: "Go and change your hand." She said: "So she went and changed it with henna, then came to the Messenger of God ﷺ. He said: 'I accept your allegiance upon that you do not associate anything with God, do not steal, and do not commit adultery.' She said: 'Does a free woman commit adultery?' He said: 'And do not kill your children for fear of poverty.' She said: 'Have you left us any children to kill?' She said: 'So she pledged allegiance to him.' Then she said to him, while wearing two gold bracelets: 'What do you say about these two bracelets?' He ﷺ said: 'Two embers from the embers of Hell.'"
