✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ wrote to Qays b. Malik al-Arhabi: In Your name, O Allah. From Muhammad, the Messenger of Allah, to Qays b. Malik: Peace be upon you, and the mercy of Allah, His blessings, and His forgiveness. To proceed: I have appointed you over your people, their Arabs and non-Arabs, their clients, their common folk, and their outskirts. And I grant you as a fief from the grain of Yasar two hundred sa's, and from the raisins of Khaywan two hundred sa's, permitted for you and your descendants after you forever, forever, forever. Qays said: The saying of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ "forever, forever, forever" is dearer to me; indeed I hope that my descendants will remain forever.
