✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to say: 'Every Muslim has three (blessings): There is no man among the Muslims who shoots an arrow in the path of Allah Most High at the enemy, whether he hits or misses, but the reward of that arrow will be for him like the equivalent of a living soul (i.e., freeing a slave). And there is no man among the Muslims from whom a hair turns white in the path of Allah Most High but it will be for him a light that runs before him on the Day of Resurrection. And there is no man among the Muslims who frees a slave, young or old, but it becomes a right upon Allah Most High to reward him for every limb of that (slave) with multiple, multiplied (rewards).'
