وَقَالَ الْحَارِثُ: حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ - هُوَ الْفَزَارِيُّ - عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ، عَنْ أَسِيدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ جُهَيْنَةَ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ قَالَ:

غَزَوْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَرَأَى مَنْزِلًا فِيهِ ضِيقٌ، فَضَيَّقَ النَّاسُ وَقَطَعُوا الطَّرِيقَ، فَنَادَى مُنَادِيهِ: مَنْ حَبَسَ مَنْزِلًا أَوْ قَطَعَ طَرِيقًا فَلَا جِهَادَ لَهُ

Translation

✧ We went on a campaign with the Messenger of God ﷺ, and he saw a place where there was congestion, and the people crowded and cut off the road. His caller announced: "Whoever blocks a place or cuts off a road, there is no jihad for him."
