وَقَالَ مُسَدَّدٌ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ الْأَحْوَلِ، عَنْ أَبِي مَعْبَدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ:
« مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى مِلْكِ يَمِينِهِ أَنْ يَضْرِبَهُ فَكَفَّارَتُهُ تَرْكُهُ، وَمَعَ الْكَفَّارَةِ حَسَنَةٌ
Translation

✧ Whoever swears concerning his slave that he will beat him, its expiation is to leave him, and with expiation there is a good deed.
