حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ الْأَحْوَلِ عَنْ أَبِي مَعْبَدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ:
مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى مِلْكِ يَمِينِهِ لَيَضْرِبَنَّهُ، فَكَفَّارَتُهُ تَرْكُهُ، وَلَهُ مِنَ الْكَفَّارَةِ حَسَنَةٌ
