وَقَالَ أَبُو يَعْلَى: حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ شَقِيقِ بْنِ أَسْمَاءَ، ثَنَا عُبَيْسُ بْنُ مَيْمُونٍ، بَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ؓ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
« مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ فَهُوَ كَمَا قَالَ. إِنْ قَالَ: إِنِّي يَهُودِيٌّ - فَهُوَ يَهُودِيٌّ، وَإِنْ قَالَ: إِنِّي نَصْرَانِيٌّ - فَهُوَ نَصْرَانِيٌّ، وَإِنْ قَالَ: إِنِّي مَجُوسِيٌّ - فَهُوَ مَجُوسِيٌّ
