حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ شَقِيقِ بْنِ أَسْمَاءَ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْسُ بْنُ مَيْمُونٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ فَهُوَ كَمَا قَالَ، إِنْ قَالَ: إِنِّي يَهُودِيٌّ، فَهُوَ يَهُودِيٌّ، وَإِنْ قَالَ: إِنِّي نَصْرَانِيٌّ، فَهُوَ نَصْرَانِيٌّ، وَإِنْ قَالَ: إِنِّي مَجُوسِيٌّ، فَهُوَ مَجُوسِيٌّ
