- حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ دَاوُدَ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ بُرْقَانَ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ أَبِي عَزَّةَ، قَالَ:
إِنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ ؓ أَوْصَى بِالْخُمُسِ، فَقَالَ: آخُذُ مِنْ مَالِي مَا أَحَلَّ اللهُ مِنْ فَيْءِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ
Translation

✧ Indeed Abu Bakr ؓ bequeathed the fifth, and said: 'I take from my wealth what Allah has permitted from the fay' of the Muslims.'
