عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ
أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ، أَوْصَى بِالْخُمُسِ وَقَالَ: أُوصِي بِمَا رَضِيَ اللهُ بِهِ لِنَفْسِهِ ثُمَّ تَلَا: ﴿وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّمَا غَنِمْتُمْ مِنْ شَيْءٍ فَأَنَّ لِلهِ خُمُسَهُ ﴾وَأَوْصَى عُمَرُ بِالرُّبُعِ.
