حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَمَّنْ سَمِعَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ - ؓ

سُئِلَ عَنْ بَعِيرٍ بِبَعِيرَيْنِ نَسِيئَةً، فَقَالَ: الزِّيَادَةُ يَصْلُحُ بَعْضُهَا بِبَعْضٍ، فَأَمَّا لَحْمٌ مَوْضُوعٌ فَلَا بَأْسَ بِهِ

Translation

✧ He was asked about one camel for two camels on credit, so he said: The increase is permissible when some of it is balanced by some; but as for meat set aside, there is no harm in it.
