✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade renting out land for a portion of its produce and leasing it, unless a man buys land or it is lent to him. He said: My father lent some land, and the borrower cultivated it and built a house on it. One day my father rode by and saw the building, and said: What is this? He was told: The one you lent your land to built it. He said: As compensation for what I lent him? So he ordered the building to be demolished.
