✧ I set out to Madinah and stopped at the valley. There were two men between whom was a single goat, and the buyer was saying to the seller: Be fair in my purchase. Then a man of good physique appeared, and the buyer said: O Messenger of God, tell him to be fair in my purchase. The Messenger of God ﷺ stretched out his hand and said: You own your wealth. I hope to meet God Almighty on the Day of Resurrection with no one seeking anything from me, that I wronged him in wealth, blood, or honor except by his right. May God have mercy on a man who is easy in selling, easy in buying, easy in taking, easy in giving, easy in collecting.
