✧ Umar b. al-Khattab saw upon Talhah two dyed garments while he was in ihram and said, "What is this?" He said, "O Commander of the Believers, there is no harm in it; it is only red dye." He said, "You all, this group, are leaders whom people imitate. Perhaps an ignorant person, if he saw you, would say, 'I saw upon Talhah two dyed garments,' and thus wear dyed garments in ihram. Let me not find any of you wearing a dyed garment in ihram."
