وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ أَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ
أَنَّ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْمُسَيَّبِ كَانَ يَقُولُ إِذَا لَمْ يَجِدِ الرَّجُلُ مَا يُنْفِقُ عَلَى امْرَأَتِهِ فُرِّقَ بَيْنَهُمَا قَالَ مَالِكٌ وَعَلَى ذَلِكَ أَدْرَكْتُ أَهْلَ الْعِلْمِ بِبَلَدِنَا
