Did she perform the Tawaf on the Day of Nahr (slaughtering)?" Somebody replied in the affirmative. He said, "Then depart." (Different narrators mentioned that) ʿAisha said, "We set out with Allah''s Apostle (from Medina) with the intention of performing Hajj only. When we reached Mecca, he ordered us to finish the Ihram. When it was the night of Nafr (departure), Safiya bint Huyay got her menses. The Prophet ﷺ said, "Halqa Aqra! I think that she will detain you," and added, "Did you perform the Tawaf (Al-Ifada) on the Day of Nahr (slaughtering)?" She replied, "Yes." He said, "Then depart." I said, "O Allah''s Apostle! I have not (done the Umra)." He replied, "Perform ʿUmra from Tanʿim." My brother went with me and we came across the Prophet ﷺ in the last part of the night. He said, "Wait at such and such a place."

machine translationAbū ʿAbdullāh said: Muḥammad added for me: Muḥāḍir narrated to us, al-Aʿmash narrated to us, from Ibrāhīm, from al-Aswad, from ʿĀʾishah (may God be pleased with her), who said: We went out with the Messenger of God ﷺ, mentioning nothing but the Hajj. When we arrived, he ordered us to leave the state of iḥrām. Then on the night of the departure, Ṣafiyyah bint Ḥuyayy menstruated. The Prophet ﷺ said: "Ḥalqā, ʿaqrā! I see that she is nothing but one who will detain you." Then he said: "Did you perform the circumambulation on the Day of Sacrifice?" She said: Yes. He said: "Then depart." I said: O Messenger of God, I had not left the state of iḥrām. He said: "Then perform ʿumrah from al-Tanʿīm." So her brother went out with her, and we met him as he was travelling at night. He said: "Your meeting place is such and such a place."
