أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْفُضَيْلُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، قَالَ: [ أَخْبَرَنَا ] أَبُو حَازِمٍ قَالَ:
رَأَيْتُ سَهْلَ بْنَ سَعْدٍ يَبُولُ قَائِمًا؛ فَإِنَّهُ تُحُدِّثَ ذَلِكَ عَلَيْهِ، وَقَالَ: قَدْ رَأَيْتُ مَنْ هُوَ خَيْرٌ مِنِّي فَعَلَهُ.
