✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to lead us in the noon and afternoon prayers, and he would recite in the first two rak’ahs the Opening of the Book and a surah with it, and in the last two rak’ahs the Opening of the Book. He would lengthen the first rak’ah and sometimes let us hear a verse.
