قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ: هَذَا الْخَبَرُ يَدُلُّ عَلَى تَوْهِينِ خَبَرِ الْحَجَّاجِ بْنِ أَرْطَاةَ عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ:
سُئِلَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَنِ الْعُمْرَةِ أَوَاجِبَةٌ هِيَ ؟ قَالَ: " لَا، إِنْ تَعْتَمِرَ فَهُوَ أَفْضَلُ
