Sahih Ibn Khuzaymah 3313

✧ Dropping the Hady from the one performing 'Umrah after the days of Tashriq have passed, even if he performed Hajj that same year

حَدَّثَنَاهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ تَمَّامٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بُكَيْرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي مَيْمُونُ بْنُ مَخْرَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: وَسَمِعْتُ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ نَوْفَلٍ يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ هِشَامَ بْنَ عُرْوَةَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ عَائِشَةَ، فَذَكَرَ قِصَّةً طَوِيلَةً، وَذَكَرَ هَذَا الْكَلَامَ الَّذِي ذَكَرْتُ فِي آخِرِ الْخَبَرِ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: وَقَالَ: سَمِعْتُ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ

أَنَّهَا حَدَّثَتْهُمْ عَنْ عُمْرَتِهِمْ بَعْدَ الْحَجِّ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَتْ: حِضْتُ فَاعْتَمَرْتُ بَعْدَ الْحَجِّ، ثُمَّ لَمْ أَصُمْ، وَلَمْ أُهْدِ

✧ She narrated to them about their 'Umrah after the Hajj with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. She said: I menstruated, so I performed 'Umrah after the Hajj, then I did not fast and I did not offer a sacrifice.
