✧ We set out with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ coinciding with the new moon of Dhu al-Hijjah. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Whoever wishes to enter ihram for 'Umrah, let him do so, and whoever wishes to enter ihram for Hajj, let him do so. Were it not that I have brought the sacrificial animal, I would have entered ihram for 'Umrah. So among them were those who entered ihram for 'Umrah and among them those who entered ihram for Hajj. I menstruated before entering Makkah, and the Day of 'Arafah overtook me while I was menstruating. I complained of that to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and he said: Leave your 'Umrah, undo your hair and comb it, and enter ihram for Hajj. When it was the night of al-Hasbah, he sent 'Abd al-Rahman b. Abi Bakr with me to al-Tan'im, and he mounted her behind him, and she entered ihram for 'Umrah in place of her 'Umrah. Thus Allah fulfilled her Hajj and her 'Umrah, and there was no sacrificial animal, no fasting, and no charity in any of that.

machine translationSomeone else claimed that this is a mistake on the part of ʿUrwah, and that the correct version is the narration of al-Aswad, al-Qāsim and ʿAmrah from her, that she entered the state of iḥrām for Ḥajj alone (ifrād).
