✧ The concession of sexual intercourse on the Day of Sacrifice after the visitation

حَدَّثَنَا الرَّبِيعُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ التَّيْمِيُّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو سَلَمَةَ، حَدَّثَتْنِي عَائِشَةُ قَالَتْ:

أَفَاضَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ ثُمَّ أَرَادَ مِنْ صَفِيَّةَ مَا يُرِيدُ الرَّجُلُ مِنْ أَهْلِهِ، فَقِيلَ: إِنَّهَا حَائِضٌ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: أَحَابِسَتُنَا هِيَ ؟ " فَقَالُوا: إِنَّهَا قَدْ أَفَاضَتْ، فَنَفَرَ بِهَا رَسُولُ اللهِ [عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ] -

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ departed, then he wanted from Ṣafiyya what a man wants from his wife. It was said: She is menstruating. The Messenger of God ﷺ said: Is she holding us back? They said: She has already departed. So the Messenger of God ﷺ departed with her.
