أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ مُوسَى، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ يَرْفَعُهُ فِي قَوْلِهِ:
وَإِنْ كُنْتُمْ مَرْضَى أَوْ عَلَى سَفَرٍ [الْآيَةَ] قَالَ: إِذَا كَانَتْ بِالرَّجُلِ الْجِرَاحَةُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ أَوِ الْقُرُوحُ أَوِ الْجُدَرِيُّ فَيُجْنِبُ؛ فَيَخَافُ إِنِ اغْتَسَلَ أَنْ يَمُوتَ فَلْيَتَيَمَّمْ

✧ “And if you are ill or on a journey…” [the verse]. He said: When a man has a wound in the path of God, or sores, or smallpox, and then becomes junub, and he fears that if he washes he will die, then let him perform tayammum.
