✧ Prohibition of the one in ihram marrying, proposing, or giving in marriage

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ نُبَيْهٍ - وَهُوَ ابْنُ وَهْبٍ عَنْ أَبَانَ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَفَّانَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:

لَا يَنْكِحُ الْمُحْرِمُ وَلَا يُنْكِحُ
