✧ Stipulation by one with an illness at ihram that his place is wherever he is detained

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْجَبَّارِ بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، ( ح ) وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ كُرَيْبٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ كِلَاهُمَا عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ مَرَّ بِضُبَاعَةَ وَهِيَ شَاكِيَةٌ، فَقَالَ: أَتُرِيدِينَ الْحَجَّ ؟ " قَالَتْ: نَعَمْ، قَالَ: " فَحُجِّي وَاشْتَرِطِي، وَقُولِي: اللَّهُمَّ مَحِلِّي حَيْثُ تَحْبِسُنِي

✧ The Prophet ﷺ passed by Duba'ah while she was ill and said: Do you intend to perform Hajj? She said: Yes. He said: "Perform Hajj and stipulate a condition, and say: O God, my place of exiting ihram is wherever You detain me."
