سَمِعْتُ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ يَحْيَى يَحْكِي عَنِ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ عِيسَى بْنِ الطَّبَّاعِ قَالَ: قَالَ مَالِكٌ:
الْجُبَارُ: الَّذِي لَا دِيَةَ لَهُ
