حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، ( ح ) وَأَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ، أَنَّ ابْنَ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَهُمْ، عَنْ يُونُسَ قَالَ: قَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ:

الْجُبَارُ: الَّذِي لَا دِيَةَ لَهُ
