ثُمَّ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ عِرَاكِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، يَرْفَعُهُ: لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِ فِي فَرَسِهِ وَلَا عَبْدِهِ صَدَقَةٌ

Translation

✧ Then 'Abdullah b. Dinar narrated to us, from Sulayman b. Yasar, from 'Irak b. Malik, saying: I heard Abu Hurayrah trace it back: A Muslim is not liable for charity on his horse or his slave.
