حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْجَبَّارِ بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ بْنُ مُوسَى - أَوَّلًا - عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ عِرَاكِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ يَرْفَعُهُ:

لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِ فِي عَبْدِهِ وَلَا فَرَسِهِ صَدَقَةٌ.
