حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبَانَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، أَنَّ خَالِدَ بْنَ يَزِيدَ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ أَبَا الزُّبَيْرِ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ يَقُولُ:
لَيْسَ عَلَى مُثِيرِ الْأَرْضِ زَكَاةٌ
